A two-day, competency-based cadaveric course in endoscopic frontal sinus surgery — from Draf I/IIa foundations through Draf III and obliteration — with one-to-one mentorship from world-renowned skull base surgeons.
This intensive two-day course delivers competency-based training in endoscopic frontal sinus surgery, with integrated anatomy–radiology correlation. Faculty-led prosections are followed by guided participant dissection, progressing through the full Draf classification.
Hosted by the Riyadh Second Health Cluster and King Fahad Medical City, the program offers one-to-one mentorship from world-renowned skull base surgeons and two full days of intensive hands-on cadaveric dissection, with limited seats to maximise practice time per participant.
Frontal sinus anatomy and radiology, the Draf classification, and CT-scan analysis by delegates under faculty supervision.
Foundations of frontal sinusotomy and frontal mucocele management — "how I do it" demonstrations and dissection.
Extended frontal antrostomy, mucosal flap techniques, inverted papilloma, and recalcitrant inflammatory disease.
Endoscopic modified Lothrop procedure, revision frontal sinus surgery, and management of osteomas.
Complications in frontal sinus surgery and orbital suspension (MT-Z) demonstration and dissection.
Osteoplastic flap and frontal sinus obliteration, plus hands-on building blocks on a navigation system.

Intensive cadaveric dissection across the entire Draf spectrum, on a Stryker navigation system.
Each technique is demonstrated by faculty and then performed by participants under close guidance.
